WHAT’S THE MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT?
There is no minimum. We Produce orders of every size; however, there is a base cost to produce an order regardless of its size.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PRODUCE MY ORDER?
Every order is unique and has its complexities, however, most orders take 2 - 4 months to produce.
CAN YOU PROVIDE REPLACEMENT TILES FOR RE-ROOFING PROJECTS?
Yes! We specialize in re-roofing projects.
CAN YOU REPLICATE HISTORIC ROOF TILE?
Yes! We can help match your existing roof.
WHAT IS YOUR PRODUCT APPROVAL AND ORDERING PROCESS?
Most orders follow these steps.

Initial consultation to assess the existing roof tile and determine project needs.

Heritage Clay provides detailed specifications and cost estimates.

The customer approves the preferred replacement option.

The deposit is collected.

Heritage Clay provides a sample replacement tile for customer approval before production begins.

Regular updates and progress reports are provided to customers throughout the production process.

The remaining balance is due before the product is shipped.

Replacement pieces shipped to the customer for installation.
DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS FOR NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS?
We do offer discounts to non-profit organizations, though we have to limit the number of discounts we provide each year.

We take pride in our unparalleled methods for producing top-quality tiles, which have been tried and tested in the harshest environments. Our clay products come with a Material Only Warranty of 75 years.
